Office Administrator

As an office administrator, your responsibilities include but are not limited too:

  • Answer phones & emails
  • Itemizing accounts
  • Data entry in multiple systems
  • File Management
  • Various purchasing
  • Prepare marketing materials
  • Events planning and promotion
  • CRM management
  • Minor accounting responsibilities
  • Work authorization (required)
  • Certificates in accounting (preferred)
  • Experienced in QuickBooks (preferred)
Job Type:
  • Part Time
  • Day shift
  • 2-3 days a week (16-24 hours weekly)
  • No nights
  • No weekends
  • $16.00 – $18.00 hourly
Work Location:
  • Remote with regular in-person meetings bi-weekly at the office location in Honey Brook, PA.

Foundation Specialist

As a site preparer, you will operate a dump truck, bobcat, and mini-excavator to prepare a pad or foundation for customers. Other responsibilities may include:

  • Working with the team to accomplish preparing the foundation or pad.
  • Closely reading job orders and ensuring the site is prepared for customers’ specifics.
  • Communicating with management and team on site updates, issues, etc
  • Work authorization (required)
  • Experience preferred but not required.
Job Type:
  • Part Time & Full Time Positions Available.
  • Monday through Friday (8AM-5PM)
Work Location:
  • You will travel to various locations to install shed & garage foundations. Our service areas include Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, & New Jersey.
